Raleigh 20" Boys Bike Streetwolf
We bought this bike for our 7 year old son. The gears, as others have pointed out, are far too stiff for our son to change especially 1st and 2nd gear, so we have to struggle with it for him! How pointless is that? Within 6 months a brake piece broke and had to be replaced. The actual brake pads stick to the wheels aswell and make it hard work for a child to push. All in all we are very disappointed with this purchase and feel let down by Raleigh. How can this ever be made for a child to use?

This is a good value bike at full price (£90) but at less than £60 these are a bargin. the gear change seams a bit stiff when i set it up but i can not say what it is like when riding because i'm too big for it. If you want a good bike with non of that suspension rubbish then you can not go wrong with one of these.

Put it together with not too much problem.
As with all the other review the gears are stiff so need adjusting. My son really likes it and for the price, worth the money.

Avoid
I'm not happy with this bike at all, it's impossible to change gear, and will often get stuck in the highest gear, making it very hard for my son to cycle, I'd read the gears... Read more

A bit miss leading
This bike states that it is suitable for children from 7 to 11 years old this was bought for a nine year old and he will not get much use out of it. Read more

Don't buy it
I would not recommend this bike. The chain came off every time it was in 1st gear. Sent it back and very good response from amazon with rapid dispatch of alternative and refund.

Just OK
Bike is just OK , but not good for boys 150cm's or more ,I bought it for my 10year old son , but it is a bit small , so ineed to get another bike next year again . Read more
