If you haven't heard much of Doro for a while, then this is a revelation - fantastic hard rock and stunning ballads! Among the 16 (yes, sixteen tracks, count 'em..) are the quality hard rock of 'Revenge' and 'Rock til Death', a nice ballad with Lemmy 'It still hurts' which is much much better than you expect it to sound and a couple of German language tracks 'Freiheit' and 'Engel' which I happen to think are magnificent. 'Engel' especially - after all who wouldn't want Doro sighing 'I'll be your angel' in German over and over in their lug-holes! " Hammer Scheibe " as they say in Düsseldorf, or in other words, a fine addition to her catalogue.

I used to love Doro when she was in Warlock, and I've picked up a some of the albums since Warlock became Warlock (feat Doro Pesch) and finally just Doro.
If you haven't heard her since the Warlock days, then you'll be pleased to know that she's still churning out some fantastic traditional metal, and this album is a fine addition to her catalogue.

Cheesey lyrics? Sure, but it's brilliantly done, and it's a really enjoyable listen. I was a bit wary of listening to the cover of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters, but it's a great version that grows with each listen. The combination of Doro's voice and the song's lyrics give me goosebumps.

The duo with Motorhead's lemmy, It Still Hurts, is a cracker of a ballad that should be listened to LOUD. In fact, crank up the volume and remember what real traditional metal is.

No surprise here!! another brilliant album from Doro Pesch showing that after 25 years in the business she has well and truly still got it, I have been a big fan of Doro since hearing Warlocks 'Burning the Witches' on Tommy Vance's Friday Rock Show back in the late 1980's and she just continues to get better and better, every album is just totally original, unlike some musicians that just seem to run out of ideas.

Doro's voice is amazing, she can sound soft and creamy, then turn the power on instantly, easily my favorite rock musician.

Never dream't back in the 1980's that I would still be a big fan in 2012!

This is a great album. Always had a soft spot for Warlock and Doro. Worth it for the duet with Lemmy alone! Metal!

As a fan of DORO and the band I already owned Raise Your Fist, but as a fan I had to buy this edition not just to add to my collection, but for the favourites CD a great collection of songs covered by Doro and the band over the years,'Doro never fails to deliver great music, long may she reign as the queen of metal.

Doro does not disappoint with this selection and proves she still has it. Heavy version of Bonnie Tyler in metal
