I hate waiting for the following books. I have no patience for it, and if I had realised that I was going to have to wait almost 2 months for the final two books from this trilogy I would have waited to buy this (told ya I was impatient).
The Raintree Trilogy are the stories of Dante, Gideon and Mercy Raintree - wizards, masters of the elements, witches - however you want to put it.
Raintree Inferno is Dane's story. He meets Lorna Clay, and the passion he feels for her burns brighter than any fire he has ever felt, But he has enemies - enemies who want to bring an end to the Raintree clan, and bringing Lorna into such a fight is a difficult decision.
Snappy dialogue, interesting background, hot lovemaking scenes (although not too many) made for a good read. Why only four stars? Cos the story is so inextricably linked with the follow ups that it feels unfinished, not something I am used to from Linda Howard.
I will buy the following two, just to see where this ends. Enjoyed it but wish I had managed to get the trilogy in one go!
