i bought one of these for my six year old girl who wont sleep without a night light. the only critisism i have is that the span of the rainbow is not as big as i thought it would be,( but if i was 5 it would probably look huge!!) but on the plus side, it turns itself off, there are no wires, the unit is small and unobtrusive and it didnt cost a pot of gold to bring a smile at night time

This lamp was more simple to put out than it appeared from description. Bought it for a restless baby and it soothed and encouraged him to relax more in his cot when it was dark. He did want to explore it at first but when the lamp was way out of his reach he just drifted to sleep..bliss!
