This is an excellent high quality vitamin/mineral supplement that goes beyond basics. It uses whole food based greens, high potency antioxidants, enzymes and herbal blends to help the body cope with the stresses of modern life and boost immunity. I recommend these vitamins to almost everyone. I have been taking them for years and have been very happy with the results.

A short story: two yrs ago I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was placed on birth control pills which were not tolerated by my body at all. My OBGYN then suggested Prometrium to counter the likelihood of endometrial cancer later which I accepted but didn't take until I researched natural remedies and herbs. Peoney, horsetail, dong quai, licorice, fo-ti amongst others brought me to Rainbow Light Advanced. It's a perfect blend of herbs and minerals that keeps you feeling great. After not menstrating for a year because of my PCOS, my periods are now regulated thanks to Rainbow Light Advanced. I can't remember the last time I wrote a recommendation for anything but this is something I feel very strongly about. Make the investment in this supplement.
