A beautiful toy. The rattle is in the head end, the teether is the rubber tail. This means to use the teether in the mouth, the baby holds the rattle - so it no longer rattles. Essentially double ended - but it only works one at a time really.

My 3 month olds favourite toy, he learnt to grab it & now wont put it down. Loves chewing on the ears & legs and the teether, fab!

Different textures for baby to touch. Many things to occupy baby. My daughter plays with her caterpillar for long periods of time, especially the teethers! A very good buy..

Overated
The look is lovely, however it is just a boring rattle with a small teether on the end. Does not entertain my child at all. Shame as I love the hungry catterpillar range.
