i saw this film a while ago... and recognised Elijah Wood in it.. hes a great actor now, and he was even good in this film which he made when he was probably about 7 or something.. i think this is a really good film if you like the 'weepies' because it has you quite 'teary', overall its a really great film and you should watch it!!!!!

What a film, a young Tom Hanks and Elijah Wood star in what has got to be the best film about what kids get up to in their summer holidays. The film is about Elijah and his Brother Bobby and how they cope with their summer, whilst their mother is out working. If you don't cry at the end of this movie then you will be the hardest person on the planet! I have know grown men cry their eyes out at this film. This will remind you of Blue Peter, Why don't you and the Henderson Kids.. Ah the 80's......
