Excellent value for money ! Very good detailing, polished paint finish; car is much faster than expected, quick steering, brake lights come on in reverse, and headlights come on in forward gear. Needs a smooth flat surface (no suspension travel); given car size and speed, ideal for indoors. My 4yr old son loves it. Takes 5x "AA" batteries. Good fun toy overall.

I bought this for my husband as we had just purchased the real thing and in black.
The lights on the vehicle work too! Once you get the hang of steering the car races around the room. You can even change the wheel tracking if needed.
We found the signal worked better when we put in decent batteries rather than the cheap ones. (kind you get in pound shops).
Don't worry about slamming it into things. It's a tough beast!
Def a great prezzie.
Oh and it's not small it's a good size for a radio control car!

This really is great value for money - the remote controlled car is really fast and seems to be well made such that it won't break easily if you crash it into things! Hours of fun have already been had by my husband and 4 year old son. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointing
This r/c is very disappointing. Even with brand new duracell batteries the range is only about six feet so it's hardly remote control (you could push it further than that). Read more
