This sleek new design features a cover that stays locked until you say your secret password and then locks automatically when you close it. There's also a second password for the secret compartment. Once inside your Password Journal, you can activate your show and Glow Light by simply speaking into your journal. Write your personal thoughts and then turn on your Glow Light to make them magically appear. Plus, you can store your important stuff in the secret compartment. It's the perfect journal for a cool and connected Girl Tech girl. It requires 3 x AA (LR6) Alkaline batteries (not included) and is suitable for ages 6 years and over.

My 7 year old loves this diary. It drives her little brother mad that he can't get in it! She spends ages writing her secrets and carries it around with her! Only negative thing is that it is very voice sensitive, she did try over an hour one day to get in it!!!! I think it was a reasonable price though and great gift for her age.

My 6 year old loves it. She enjoys drawing and writing at night when her wee brother has gone to sleep. The only down side is the ultra violet pen did not last long. Idealy a few pens should have been supplied especially for the price.
