I've been Bellydancing for a couple of years, but recently I'd found that my dancing had become a little stale - no problem with finding new moves for my body, but my arms were lacking in things to do. Also, as a Boxer, I'd developed very poor posture, with pronounced rounded shoulders and a horribly curved spine.
This dvd moves at a great pace, with clear instruction, and has really helped with both my posture and my dancing. My shoulders now have a much wider range of movement, and my arms have more to do in my dancing. The appearance of my arms has changed from "beefy man-muscles" (from Boxing), to "well-defined, toned femininity", and both my dancing and my boxing have benefited from the new ways my muscles around the shoulders have learned to move.
I'd recommend this dvd to anyone, particularly those who seek to improve shoulder mobility, definition, strength and posture. Brilliant.
