The book Racehorse is well written and informative with brilliant photographs. It is an excellent book for those new to horse racing as it explains about the development of the sport to the present day, plus there is lots of interesting information about famous horses, jockeys and trainers.
I particularly enjoyed the sections on Arab racing, trotting and pacing as they are less well known but interest me greatly.
A book which would make a wonderful gift to any with an interest in horse racing.
