A lovely story! 20 Jan 2007
Format:Paperback
The year 2's I am teaching thoroughly enjoyed this delightful tale about a mischievous rabbit! Fire is their topic for the term, so it is particularly relevant...they especially liked the way the fire changed all the animals and were very creative in thinking up their own ways that fire has changed animals. An inspiring read!

Good story 12 Mar 2010
Format:Paperback
My Y2 clas loved this story- a good basis to start work on story telling with a multi cultural theme- easy to develop use of language and v repetitive which is good for retelling but good as a basis for 'improving' with openers for more able pupils. A lovely book.
