Even though the product number on my iron was specified when ordering this part, it does not fit my iron and does not work. I also agree that this product does not look new, it has clearly been glued around the edges and looks as though it's been put back together badly. perhaps that is why it doesn't fit! Very dissapointed, and so is my husband as he has no shirts for work this week!
