Excellent Reference Book 7 April 2012
By Jorge Luis Lopez - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
RSMeans Etimating Handbook is intended as a reference book, not an academic book that teaches how to make a cost estimate. However, RSMeans goes beyond that purpose and compiles an excellent book that serves as an academic book, and as a reference book.
It is a MUST to every Cost Estimator, Contractor, Manager, or similar.

Worthless collection of tables and drawings 31 Mar 2007
By boatman - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
I was hoping for a comprehensive step-by-step process with deep insights that should come from a company (RS Means) that is publishing other books in their 65th editions. Instead this books is merely a collection of tables like Installation time for chalk boards and dimensions of wide flange shapes.

Huge disappointment. I am certain that I will never use this book.
