Good book. The only gripes I have are with the virtual machines and the Labs.
You are better off building your own vms and copying the sample exams and labs to it. They performed badly and were very buggy. The accompanying CD was of poor quality. Scrapping the inside my CD drive. The vms were tightly compressed so it takes a long time to decompress them and is also prone to errors. The Labs were sometimes hard to understand because of the way they were worded.
Great book. Was very helpful. McGraw Hill (publishers) would have been better off just providing the text files(Exams & Labs).
Be aware that the vms are in img format. You will not be able to use them with vmware products unless you convert them with the "qemu" command. Then use vmware to convert them to the correct version of vmdk you are using...
