I purchased this product as my dog is not yet fully trained in returning if he spots another dog. I thought this would allow him a bit of a run however on first use the lead dropped to bits before I even got 100yard down my street, Very poor quality :(

The lead broke less than 10 minutes into the walk. Was hoping to give her a bit of freedom when we go for walks as I have a wonderful walk behind the house. But due to owners not controlling their dogs, a retractable lead was my solution. Just Not This Lead.

I bought this lead as a replacement for one I have had for 20 years I just assumed that it would be of a reasonable quality. I looks good was delivered very quickly I have used it for just short of two months and it has packed up.It will not return as spring has gone.I am disappointed as my experience with Amazon products has been quiet good over the 10 years I have been a customer.I certainly would not recommend it In the bin before 2 months use speaks for its self

Cheap
Product is cheap and does not work properly. The handle is awkwardly big and the retractable cord doesn't work reliably. Would not purchase again or recommend to my friends.
