Laptop refused to charge and I thought that was it - new laptop required -but a new charger saved the day. Arrived the next day. Great service. Definately use these guys again.

i think this power unit is better then the original my old one started to play up about 2 years after i got it.
the leads are a little thicker then the old one i would bye another one of these if i need another.
and the most inportent thing is the price its a fraction of of the real unit

Firstly the picture shows the charger has a right angled connector yet the one I recieved has a straight connector, secondly when I first used the charger it got very hot and stuck in my laptop, when trying to remove it the rubber insulator around the adaptor came away and the cable snapped leaving the connector stuck in my laptop which I has to remove with pliers after the connector had cooled down. When I use my other adaptor this does not happen. The product is not as advertised, faulty and dangerous.
