I bought this cable on a whim to try and fix a problem I was having with interference, in which a black screen used to occur for about 3-seconds whilst using HDMI connected devices, such as a PS3-Slim and DVD-Player. This seems to be a common occurrence on the Sony W5500's TV's, but since using this cable the problem seems to of gone.
I'm very happy with the purchase and it was well worth the extra £13 in comparison to cheaper cables.
As one customer commented, there's cables out there for upto £100, which is WAY too overpriced! and they do exactly the same thing as this one.
There also seems to be a rumour going about that more expensive cables give a better picture quality. I would like to state that there is no visible difference to using cheaper cables, due to the signals being digital. However, this item is of a higher quality, which has proven to be reliable in blocking out interference, it's durable, it looks amazing and it's also HDMI 1.4 for faster transfer rates, ethernet and future-proofing.
