Product Description
Grip FlexTM Wrist Pad cushions the wrist during heavy lifting. Strap is made from heavy duty cotton and Grip FlexTM rubber for added strength. The Grip FlexTM rubber strips grab the bar for a "no-slip" grip when lifting. When using the strap, rubber strip side must always face the bar. 20.5" extended length allows you to wrap the bar several times.

Yes there are good straps, its just the padding doesn't do them any favoures. As they come they dont provide enough tightness around the wrists(due to the padding getting in the way). So by removing the padding they are now standard weight lifting straps that provide the much needed tightness.
Good material, just make a note if you have small-ish wrists as you will have to remove the padding.

Cheap price,fast delivery. Suprising how much difference they make when used on a barbell or dumbell, highly recomended in my opinion for shrugs, deadlifts etc...

Does the job
Does such a great job for me with dumb bells!! Once you have a firm grip on them they will support your workout!! My workout is much better with these weightlifting straps

Weight training straps
Does the job, although in the pic looks like nylon/polyester based strap, its cotton. Nicely padded and quite strong.
