New Translation in Popular Paperback Size

Don Quixote has been translated from Spanish into English countless times. Those who have come to Cervantes' masterpiece via such key recent translations as Rutherford, Raffel, and Grossman, will find reasons given in Lathrop's introduction for making his own translation.
Those new to the tales of the would-be knight (and his faithful sidekick, Sancho Panza) will be well-served by Lathrop's edition, with its useful notes, readable font and trim, "mass market" size. Will doubtless become the new classic "pocket-sized" edition.

Excelente traduccion. Dado que soy una persona que habla espanol como primera lengua puedo asegurarle que cuando lei esta nueva traduccion al ingles de Don Quijote me sorprendio lo tan bien que flulle su prosa como si fuera el mismo espanol.

This is a less expensive (than newer T.L. book), excellent translation, notes, with chapter references at end of book. For the less expensive, up0to-date translation, this is the one. For a zillion pages and notes, very old Samuel Putnam.
