Some really lovely recipes in here from stock, to curries, to steak and kidney, whole chickens, to brownies. I am slowly making my way through the book, the recipes are very easy to make, generally chuck it all in and stir! Good directions, ideal to make a batch eat some , freeze some. My favourite I Quit Sugar cookbook so far.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic:) 27 July 2014

Another wonderful book by Sarah Wilson. I've been obsessively reading and cooking from her first book, "I Quit Sugar" and am pleased that this book is out so I can have dinner ready for the entire family when we get home at night. AND it's healthy and delicious. Eating this way improves my mood dramatically, I feel decadent by how good the food is (and easy to prepare which is very helpful). I adore crock-pots and still think of them like magical cooking devices so basically there is nothing but a win-win here. Thank you Sarah Wilson! I thank you and my family thanks you:)
