Format:Audio CD
In 1996, the original UK Subs line-up reunited and recorded over 30 songs, releasing them simultaneously on 2 separate discs each one a bit over a half hour long to commemorate their 20th anniversary. A good collection of songs just above the 2 minute mark in average, with an urgent hardcore-punk air feel to them but without totally loosing their bluesy-rock'n roll roots.The album is fast-paced and the playing excellent. Superb guitar work by Nicky Garrat (bow your heads in respect) and very good overall sound, this is nevertheless not on par with nor as exciting as most of their former records. Also you can now get both records on one cd if you buy ¨Complete Riot¨.
