I just got interested in Quinoa and was looking for ways to incorporate into my diet. This book was free so I figure what did I have to lose by trying it. I scanned the book but did not find anything that appealed to me that I would acutally make. Not to say someone else would enjoy this. I may be a more of a picking eater. I do suggest to give it a try as the recipies may appeal to your palate.
