I bought the Quinny Buzz in a package deal from an online shop and it was a really good deal. I got the dreami. buzz, buzz sleeping bag, maxicosi cabriofix car seat and car seat sleeping bag for about £450 so it is worth shopping around and looking out for offers.
My daughter is now almost 6 months.
We initially used the Dreami attached to the wheels for walking when leaving from home. It is not feasible to take in car really especially as I have a 3 door hatch back.
We also used the Dreami instead of having a moses basket and it fits well in the mamas and papas moses basket stand (which is the absolute best moses basket stand by the way).
The dreami came with a rain cover that is very good and a mosquito net that I did not use.
For in town I attach the car seat to the wheels. This is brilliant as my daughter usually falls asleep in the car and then I just lift her out and attach to the pram and she stays asleep.
Also the sleeping bag in the car seat is brilliant as no need for a jacket or snow suit which always results in crying.
I bought the maxicosi car seat rain cover which I manage to squash in the back flap.

You definately need to read the instructions and practice attaching and detaching everything but it is really simple.
We also bought the isofix base for the cabriofix and this makes putting car seat in and out so easy (especially in a 3 door car)
I believe there is a new base and car seat by maxi cosi (pebble) and the base can be used for next size up car seat but mine in the older version for the cabriofix only and can't be used for next size up. Still it was well worth the money.
Unfortunately the buzz does not quite fit in my boot so the parcel shelf has to come out.( check before you buy)

We have recently started to use the Buzz pushcair as my daughter now wants to sit up. So we have packed the Dreami away. The buzz seat looks so comfortable and it is lovely that I am able to see her. The sleeping bag is brilliant.
Rain cover goes on well. I keep it in the buzz box with the pump and not much else. If I cram too much in then it gets in the way of my feet.
A toddler seat came with it but it is still in the bag.
We bought the basket which is smallish but really adequate. You can always get a buddy clip or a few velcro attaching hooks.
I also recently bought the heavy duty front wheel which is absolutely brilliant for rougher ground.
I do think that lots of the extras should come with the quinny but they dont so even more important to make sure you get a good deal initially.
I believe there is a rain cover and wind shield available but I have not got that or the parasol.

I bought a quinny zapp second hand as I did not want to take my new buzz on a long distance plane trip and that is really handy to use with the maxicosi car seat.

I really find pushing the buzz an absolute dream and my daughter always looks comfortable. The handle comes up quite high (adjustable) so it suits tall people like my husband. The brakes seem to work well.
All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

We bought our Buzz mainly because it could be used in combination with the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix car seat Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix Car Seat Carrier (Black)(Maxi Cosi Cabriofix had best 0+ car seat review in Which?). We looked at the others that the car seat could be used with and like the look of the Buzz best. It has some great features but some not so great ones too.
    The great things:
*The gas spring chassis is super easy to fold and unfold
*The big wheels make steering and rough terrain easy
*The wheels come off easily if boot space is limited.
*The push handle height can be altered to be comfortable for taller people to push.
*It's really easy to get the Dreami carrycot on and off. Quinny Dreami Carrycot (Black)
    *It looks great.

    The not so great things:
*There's not much storage space and nowhere really suitable for your own changing bag.
*The Buzz bag is not very big so if you put your rain cover in it there's no space for anything else.
*If you get the shopping basket for underneath (why doesn't this come with the Buzz?) this is also limited in space.
*The chassis is wide and getting through some doorways can be a challenge
*The seat can be used in only two positions with baby looking at you (rearward facing), which are laid flat and sitting back. I would prefer to see my baby at all times (forward facing there are 3 positions)
*You can't fold the Buzz with the seat in the rearward facing position.

This is not the all round "stroller" for every situation. It's great if you have a car but not the one for you if you want to be out and about with changing bag and shopping.

Love it ... so far 9 Sep 2009

I did a lot of research when deciding on which new pram to buy. With my first baby I had a M&P Sport which was great but took a real battering from heavy use and it was huge so decided I needed a new one.

    The things I love:
    - brilliant to 'drive'
    - folds up and down really easily
    - looks great
    - baby loves it (the perfect way to get him off to sleep)
    - great that this model is from birth so you don't need to buy any extra bits

Things that are not so great:
    - the brake pedal isn't very good, it sometimes takes a few attempts to put in on properly, and it's not very convincing when it is on
    - the maxi-cosi car seat which clips on to it is great, but can be a bit tricky to fit sometimes (it was OK at first, but getting worse)

On the whole would definitely recommend it, and the problems I've experienced with mine might be just faults on my pram.
