I am not a quilter but took this book out of the library anyway because the pictures looked so interesting. It is absolutely fascinating (much more interesting than the art book I took out at the same time and returned almost immediately). It explains very clearly how the various types of quilt are made. It is taking me a long time to read, because I keep reading the explanations! The photos are wonderful, great colours and detail. I never realised before what a wonderful art form quilts can be.

I had been looking for a similar affordable!^^ book for ages. The wonderful quilts shown in this book are great to get ideas or just to enjoy looking at. Especially as a beginner in quilting I feel this will really help me on my way to designing my own quilts.
