Product Description

Diane Crane shows how to make inspirational cards for all occasions using this simple and rewarding technique. Narrow strips of coloured paper are brought to life by the simple act of rolling, and a colourful world of paper coils and spirals is opened up. Everything needed to make beautiful quilled cards is readily available: paper, scissors, glue - and a willing set of fingers...so you can quill away to your heart's content! Once you have learnt the basics, you can let your imagination run wild and combine techniques for more effects, or produce three-dimensional shaped cards with beautiful quilled panels. In this book, Diane Crane has created five striking projects to get you started straight away. Once you start quilling you will be so delighted with the results you will want to create a whole range of fantastic cards for every occasion.

Congratulations to Diane Crane, she has produced a quilling book of both outstanding quality and inspiration. This would be of benefit to both the absolute beginner and experienced quiller alike. The patterns are clear and well explained. The book contains a superb array of original ideas and would be a valuable addition to any quillers bookshelf. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely book. If you need to get away from frames and flowers, this is the book for you. There are some nice modern designs (but not too quirky). Lots of imaginative ideas. Easy to follow, clear pictures, clear instructions.
