Funky, cool, adjustable 18 Jan 2012

This is the third helmet we've bought in the long search to get my age 8 son a helmet for skiing. The other two helmets went back because of sizing issues. His head measured 54cm, but we settled on this one at 56cm because it fitted well at the front, comofortably covering his forehead and is fully adjustable with a wheel mechanism for comfort, and snug fit, at the back. I imagine it'll also fit him next year as there is a bit of growing room with the adjustable internal strapping system. The style is cool with a lovely boys skate type design and achieves the comfort and safety I was after. The price was good and the delivery was exceptional (ordered 9pm one evening, arrived by lunchtime the next day). Shame the box it was packed in was massive, it arrived in perfect condition but I do wonder about whether it needed that amount of packaging, which is now waste.
