Easy to use. Help me regulate my sleep patterns. Not sure if they make me less stressed but the sleep helps me to cope better. They don't make me drowsy.

Seem to work,

These seem to work for me.Lately my sleep patterns have got so horrendous i couldnt fall asleep until 5am, and this was getting ridiculous. I started taking these a week or so ago, and they seem to have worked wonders. I'd take two after dinner with water, then when i decided i wanted to go to sleep i'd take another three. I started to fall asleep properly, and last night, for the first time i two or three years, i managed to fall asleep before 12am. For the price, theyre definately worth a go.
