About the Author
Martin Cutts was co-founder of the Plain English Campaign in 1979, and in 1994 he established the Plain Language Commission to carry our research projects. He is a leading voice in the international plain language movement.

The author does not believe in beating around the bush when it comes to writing. His message is quite clear throughout - when it can be said in simple, plain English - write it that way. He gives hundreds of "before and after" examples, where he practices what he preaches. Overall a good buy.
