A robust basic overview of keeping bettas, I got the Kindle version so as to see if it warranted a coffee table edition, and sad to say it does not.
However the information is concise and gives a good overview of keeping bettas in a easy to read non-technical way, so good as an introduction of keeping bettas.
For my own perspective I was looking for reasons behind why I have successfully managed to kill 4 bettas due to a nitrite spike in the tank of 0.3mg/l. (this is considered ok for fish) But there was no detail on this subject, so now looking elsewhere, alongside buying some Almond Leaves which was recommenced by the book. So has proved useful in some respects.
As for the Kindle version, I just dont understand why Kindle version do not resolve to "fill" a screen, seems after being used to web pages that an create display independent created pages that flow, ie text and images work together - I find that kindle seems to create pages that look as if they where created in a very early version of MicroSoft word.
In respects to my 3 Star review, most of the info is available via a good web search. Combine it with the lack of design and use of Good photos, warrents in my mind a 3 Star
