If like me, you have weak or problem knees, you may have to modify several of the exercises, until your knees get stronger. "Pelvic Weave", "Plie & Balance", "Pelvic Rotation", "Pelvic Scoop", and "Front Thigh Stretch" tend to be hard on my knees, making this the Callanetics tape I use the least.
I highly recommend, for people like me, the "Quick Callanetics: Stomach" video, which is entirely stress-free for the knees.
These exercises take up very little space, but you will need a barre, or a sturdy piece of furniture (for leg stretches) as a substitute.
You'll feel relaxed after doing Callan's workouts, as the calmness of them bring peace of mind, as well as tremendous benefits to the body.
