People Under The Stairs are the kind of hip-hop act who are very difficult to be introduced to as they are so underground. You'd never hear them on any radio station let alone on TV. The only way you could be introduced to them is if you came across them by luck on the internet, or if someone you knew owns a cd. They are also the kind of act who when you first listen to them, you think it's good... but the more you listen to it, the better it gets! As they do in this album, PUTS use old funky jazzy samples to produce old skool style hip-hop tunes in which they rap positive rhymes from smoking blunts to getting laid (which is a breath of fresh air when all you hear nowerdays is rappers rhyming about guns, money and chrome rims)! This album is perfect for chilling out or cruising to, and you can literally go through the whole album without skipping a single track. I guarantee you if you like hip-hop, you will like PUTS as it is actually impossible to dislike this album (I am yet to come across anyone who doesn't like it). Although I would give all 4 PUTS albums 5*, my opinion is that Question is the best, so if you are new to PUTS, get this album.
