This book is an update of Nicholas Drummond's other title: Queen Elizabeth II: A portrait of Britain's Monarch. Very similar, but with a few additional photos, it is brilliant combination of words and pictures which perfectly describes the life and times of our Queen. It doesn't attempt to reveal juicy behind the scenes gossip. It just tells her story for what it is. Even so, it is still of interesting facts that make it a very enjoyable read. For me, this biography is everything you need to know about the Queen in one book. It's also one of the best collections of royal pictures available at any price. Although it is not an official biography, the author clearly has personal experience his subject, which adds to its authenticity and credibility. The design is excellent. In summary, this book is a wonderful celebration of an incredible woman. I very much recommend it.

A wonderful biography of HM Queen Elizabeth II. I found the book to be very interesting and gave an excellent overview of HM The Queen's Life. I would recommend this book highly.
