After waiting a month for delivery (air mail allegedly) I contacted the seller. They said it 's been a busy time and that there have been snows in Europe and that I should be patient. Can we check the address etc etc? Yes, yes and all fine. They said I should then check with the post office that my package wasn't there. Of course, it wasn't. And it was faintly ridiculous wandering in to the post office asking if they had something kicking around the place for me. I told the seller that the post office didn't have it. The seller then pasted a Yodel tracker into an email and said "how about this?". Unsurprisingly, it's not a vaild Yodel code and in any event it also says that the "package" hasn't been picked up from the seller (even though it allegedly left (by air mail remember) a month ago). I've had things not turn up before and usually it gets resolved quickly. Pretty sure I've been scammed here though. At the very least, it's absoutely terrible service. I'm going through the Amazon dispute process now but save yourselves the hassle and just don't buy from these guys.
