As for screen protection, this product is fine. It's a thin hard but flexible plastic that comes with a sticky film on each side. You pull off one film, carefully stick the shield on to the screen, then pull off the remaining film.
I did choose this however, as the title suggests for the anti glare properties, as suggested in the title.
After the shield is in place, the surface becomes a lot more reflective, causing more glare not less. Also, maybe through my own fault, very small air pockets remained.

Bought these for my Sony e-reader before going on beach holiday so that screen would be protected against sand, water, sweat, etc. You have to make sure you get the protector onto the screen smoothly so that there are no bubbles so it's worth taking the time to do this. Well worth the small amount that these cost.
