The service from KMS was excellent. At the time of purchase delivery was free and it arrived within two days of purchase. It is very well made and the platfom pieces are very strong and show no signs of causing problems with bending under the weight of a person indicated in similar items from other suppliers. The step ladder platform is strong and fits well. The quality of build is excellent the main ladder folded weighs in just over 13kg and the platforms add a further 8kg to the package, which shows that the platforms should be robust. Very versatile and the extra "legs" give added stability to the platform and other modes.

Excellent product, the item arrived one day after ordering. Received email to tell me it was on the way. Great communication, well packed. Have finally managed to top the hedges at the back of the garden, took half the time. About to start on the front. Would definitely recommend this, was sceptical as to how steady it might be, but no need to worry, steady and safe in every position. Highly recommend the seller, excellent service.

Beware that when in the platform position, the middle does sag and the supporting legs do move apart slightly. This gave me the feeling of unsteadiness and I did not trust that it would hold up to constant use in this platform position. Otherwise, in it's A frame set-up and as a 4.7m straight ladder, it is fine.
Note that to set the ladder to it's various positions, it is quite heavy and the catches are not easily engaged.
