I recommended this book as a textbook for students begining to study quality management.
Main reason was that I felt that Quality Control for Dummies might be give out the wrong message.
How wrong I was. Quality Control for Dummies is a superior book that really conveys the core concepts of modern quality management approaches. Quality Demystified is at best a coffee table curiosity.

A great book on Quality Management

This book describes all of the aspects of Quality Management including Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Standards. It's written in a down-to-earth manner and is extremely easy to read. Overall - an excellent buy!
