Product Description
This is a men's brand new quality 30mm (1 3/16") wide belt made in the UK by Belt Designs with a vintage look top grain Italian vegetable tanned leather (not made with inferior bonded or split leather). Each belt is unique as the leather is hand finished. It has a Solid Brass Buckle and a riveted Return which is strong and durable.
We give the actual size of the belt length from the Return up to the last hole - the Return is where the leather meets the buckle. The most accurate way to calculate the correct belt size is to measure your waist whilst wearing your trousers. If you do not have a tape measure the following guide is a useful way to approximate your belt size:
YOUR BELT SIZE WILL USUALLY NEED TO BE ABOUT 1 INCH MORE THAN YOUR WAIST SIZE
i.e. A belt size measuring 34-38" will fit around a waist up to a maximum of about 37" as you need to allow approx. 1 inch for your trouser material depending on the thickness of the material and how tight you wear your belt/clothing.

N.B. Many trousers do not sit on your waist but slightly lower therefore its important to take the measurement with your trousers on and where the belt is intended to be worn i.e. the measurement maybe nearer your hip measurement than your waist. If you are unsure of which size to buy we would always suggest ordering a slightly larger belt rather than one that might just fit as you can always add an extra hole but you cant extend the length of the belt.

Top-grain vegetable tanned leather is desirable because of its minimal treatments, natural appearance, durability and breathability. Top-grain vegetable tanned leather is tanned with natural plant extracts and is considered among the best quality leather you can buy. It is long lasting and will develop a patina with age.

I ordered this belt after my frustration on the high street at not being able to find a quality plain classic leather belt. The belt arrived swiftly and was beautifully presented complete with a leather tag. It is of extremely high quality in terms of both the leather and metalwork. Also, friends have remarked on the classic design of the belt and the "expensive look" - it is a match for any of the designer makes if you could get one as classically cool and simple as this.
In summary, extremely good value for money and of excellent quality. Recommended.

Having read the description and the 5 star review I went ahead a purchased this belt.
I have to say I am disappointed because the colour is more muddy than the rich tan in the photo of the product. Otherwise I am satisfied with the strong leather and buckle.
