You wont find this product in any of the review pages of those magazines telling us what to buy. I have researched extensively and read what the experts say about speaker cables and taken it on board and in the past shed out some big bucks to make sure I realised the optimum sound for me. Then recently I came across several very techi articles mostly written in the States which totally turned my perception.... you don't need to buy a brand to get quality and for me the results from this cable has been 'quality'. I now use it for all my hi fi and cinema sound needs when I needed to re cable 3 rooms. I couldn't be more pleased with the result (and at considerable less cost!). Doubt if I will ever buy 'brand' again.

Very good quality cable however, buyer beware it is not 322 strand as stated. The strand count is 214 per wire (2.5mm) so a total of 428 strands for the cross section. I know a bit sad counting all those strands but wait there is a reason why.
The Technical Details are as follows, OFC 2 x 2.5mm 320 Strand Loud Speaker Cable. So there is not a lot of details.
You can look at it this two ways, you are getting a lot more strands than stated for the same price if you go by the cross section or you are getting a lot less per wire than is stated.
I am going for the cross section view.
I was told the more strands the better for your speaker wire. So at 214 strands per wire it is better if going over long distances as you maybe doing for surround sound speakers like I am. I can say the sound is better with this wire than it was with the 17 strand bell wire I got with my surround sound package (no suprises there). On the whole it is good cable at a great price, good flexibility and a good thickness to the insulation around the wire.

Purchased 50m of this cable for home cinema purposes, this cable is excellent quality and was very easy to cut and use, it is well shielded and + and - well marked so no confusion about what is plugged in where etc... Worth every penny folks and a lot cheaper than other similar products available on the market
