The Qualcast Panther 30 cylinder hand mower ensures the finest cut with its 4 bladed cutting cylinder. The cylinder provides a clean scissor like cut on your lawn, and with a full 30 cm cutting width, it is ideal for small lawns.
You can put your trust in Qualcast as they have 90 years of experience in producing top quality mowers. The first Panther lawnmower was made in 1932 and its success ensured it is still in production today.
Cylinder mowers use a horizontally mounted cylinder of blades that cut against a fixed bottom blade for a superior scissor-like cut.
Cylinder mowers give the best finish to your lawn as they cut the grass cleanly without ripping it.
Due to the high geared side wheels, the mower is very easy to push. It also gives you complete freedom to use the lawnmower anywhere free of charge.
Simple “nut and bolt” adjustments easily change the height of cut for different lawn conditions. There is a range of heights with positions from 12 - 40 mm.
The Panther 30 is easy to store due to the 4-piece, stud mounted handles which quickly remove for compact storage.
With the rear roller you can gain stripes over your lawn, and importantly it offers stability up to lawn edges.
With a 20 L grass collection box it means less time is spent emptying and more time can be spent gardening.
The Panther 30 is extremely lightweight at only 6.5 kg meaning it is easy to move around the garden.
With this Qualcast lawnmower you get a 2 year parts and labour guarantee.
About Bosch lawn and garden
Bosch develops and manufactures a range of innovative powered garden products supplied to world markets.
The electric and cordless product range includes:
All products are designed with the consumer in mind to make those gardening tasks easier.
It's also no extra effort than the hover, which I wasn't expecting.
o Cheap compared with electrical and petrol alternatives
o Time saving
o Cuts well
o You can get a rudimentary stripe effect
o Not all grass ends up in the grass box
o Grass box frequently falls off
o Sometimes jams in long grass
Unless you have a large lawn this is far less work than trying to use any small powered mower. It's lighter to move around the garden, the grass cuttings are small enough that they can be left on the lawn without problems and there are no problems with cables getting in the way. Are there any problems with this? well none that you wouldn't have with a powered lawn mower, the only problem I have found is a tendency to clog on the first cut of the year but I've found that with every lawn mower I've ever used.
Above all this has one major virtue that no other lawn mower has - it is so simple that the chance of it's breaking is so low as to be negligible and if anything does go wrong then you can fix it yourself.
Unless you have a large lawn then I would recommend to anyone that they ditch the power mowers and get one of these.
