A Joyful and Informative Masterpiece

I simply love this powerful, yet deceptively simple book. It is teaching me to listen to my inner wisdom and that the less I think, the more powerful changes occur. For me, it is a map for the process of being in the moment. It is unique to find a book that provides teachings backed by visual demonstrations, and commentary.
I was so impressed that I have gifted and recommended this book to many of my friends, colleagues, and clients.

CFQ has changed my life

I have been lucky enough to learn about and practice CFQ under Sifu Yap during his annual visits to Barcelona. Regular practice for the past two years has done the following: calmed my personality, lessened my stress levels and tendency to stress, decreased my bossiness, eradicated my morning stiffness and lessened the strength and duration of cold and flu sysmptoms. Additionally, CFQ practice has opened my heart chakra, making it easier to make and sustain meaningful relationships, helped me deal with death and loss and made me more mindful and capable of living in the present moment.
I highly recommend any of his books for people interested in releasing energy blockages and finding energetic balance (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical).

only light you get

Some years ago in Spain i had the chance to have a healing with Master Yap, in that healing i saw two bright lights around me. The light flowed from top to down softly, after that i felt so happy and light as i have never experienced before.
This year after a very hard training with our Master in Malaysia i could see clearly what he shines to heal us. I can not tell you all the things i saw and lived there because some people would say that they are lies.
Instead I invite you to practice this style of Qi Gong so you can see and feel it by yourself
