This easy to follow dvd also has a section on self massage which is excellent. I love it because I can do 20 minutes of Tai Chi and a 5 minute self massage before work. You can watch the moves from different angles while learning and there is an introduction explaining the basic principles. Matthew has a very quiet, soothing voice and the accompanying music is unobtrusive. I wouldn't be without it.
