About the Author

I bought this book thinking is going to turn out like prevoius books I read concerning kabala magic. but it turn out to the best uncomplicated book on kabala I like this book.please i implore others to buy it

this book is well worth having. unlike some Qabbalistic books which are rather complicated,and time consuming to practice;this book is in a league of its own.it's most practical,in my view, easy to understand,and the psalms section alone is worth it's weight in gold. disillusioned with books on Qabballah? try again with this book,you won't regret it i believe.

As a reader & collector of Metaphysical/Occult books for 30+ years, I can honestly state that QABBALLISTIC MAGIC by Salomo Baal-Shem represents the very best of the Occult/Judaica genre. The book is expertly & beautifully designed with many prints, photos & diagrams that perfectly complement the far-ranging text. This contemporary "grimoire" is an extensive exploration of the mystical & magical underpinings of Judaism. The book is alive with spells, charms, magical formulae & occult traditions not normaly associated with modern Judaism. It is a revelation of the original Cult of Yahweh.
[NOTE: I use "Cult" in the classical sense & does not imply the negative connotation attributed to the word today.]
Even people interested in esoteric subjects may not realize just how much Western occultism owes to mystical Judaism. Kaballah is at the very root of the Western mystical system; its' importance to the various Western magical traditions including Rosicrucian, the Golden Dawn, Thelema etc, cannot be overemphasized. For example, advanced studies of the Tarot ultimately lead back to the Kaballah's Tree of Life.
QABBALLISTIC MAGIC is brimming with the type of hidden spiritual tradition of Judaism that no doubt once graced the extensive parchment collection in the original Library of Alexandria. The images & incantations may well have inspired the early Gnostics in that most cosmopolitan city of the ancient world. Fortunately, this current book restores some of the knowledge destroyed along with the Great Library & rescues it from obscurity.
During my occult collection days I would gladly have spent twice the current price for QABBALLISTIC MAGIC, maybe more. At today's prices, it's a real bargain. QABBALLISTIC MAGIC is a modern materpiece of the genre, a Great Work of Mystical Art.

SEEM DIFFICULT TO USE AT FIRST BECOMES UPON CLOSE INSPECTION NOT THAT DIFFICULT OVER A SMALL PERIOD OF TIME.
THIS TRULY IS A GENUINE PRACTICAL QUABBALAH.IN MY VIEW,THIS IS A BOOK THAT ALL TRUE LOVING JUDEAO CHRISTIANS SHOULD HAVE.
