I'm Keith Williams and I practice psychotherapy in a beautiful part of North Wales in the UK, surrounded by rugged hills and within easy access of the Snowdonia National Park.This gives me ample opportunity to indulge my passion for rock climbing and just being out there, enjoying the quiet beauty of nature at its wildest.

My main mission in life is to promote positive changes within the individual psyche of my clients. This is not only in order for them to attain their goals and objectives in life, which is obviously important, but to ensure they live that life with ease and comfort.

In order for them to do so, it is essential that overt stress and anxiety be removed as much as possible from their daily life. To achieve this, I have, over the years, developed a system based on a fusion of cutting edge psychology and ancient, but highly effective practices.

I firmly believe that stress and worry is the enemy of mankind. Not just in this modern age, but throughout the ages. The main reason for this painful state is 'fear' in all its guises. Get rid of fear and most stress related symptoms will melt away, like snow in the sun.

The system that I have developed over many years of practice is a powerful tool for enabling these changes within the individual to take place naturally. What ensues is a quiet, calm and yet powerful mind-set.

People around us can seem so self-assured, but often it's just a facade. No matter how confident people seem, you will often find that it is a thin veneer, put on as show for the world at large. Confidence is a fragile thing at the best of times, and at some point in our lives our confidence can take a knock. So it is really useful to have some basic techniques and positive thought patterns to fall back on to help restore a positive 'default' setting. An essential little book...such words of wisdom should be taught in schools.

This simple little book in a plain wrapper cover was a pleasant surprise and a Kindle bargain. I expected some simple meditation guidance. This book delivered that and more. There's a BIG message embedded in this book that guides you through some very important concepts and understandings about achieving the priceless feelings of happiness. Williams helps to explain how we can have more confidence and less stress by listening to our true inner voices. He reinforces how we are all architects of our own lives and through simple meditation can quiet the internal and external dialogue that causes us to have self doubt, anxiety, and discontent. I hadn't realized that meditation could play such a helpful role in much more than relaxation.
