I am a five foot, eight and a half stone, weakling, pensioner and I can put it up and down, by myself, in under five minutes each.
My six foot, twelve stone, superman son got it up alright but couldn't pack it down. This is because he thought it was just a matter of twisting it somewhere and wrestling with it, whilst I had studied - and I mean studied - the video, and looked at the instructions attached to the tent bag; nice touch you can't lose them. You don't have to wrestle with it. You will probably be able to do it all more quickly than little old me. My son then had another go and still made a big deal out of packing it away because he hadn't studied the instructions or watched the video properly. You have to take the tent pegs out in stages, they help to tame the beast!
