This universal 12V Heated Car Seat Cover is ideal for use on cold winter mornings and is also great for soothing back pain whilst driving! This cover is really helpful if like me you suffer from an aching back on cold mornings.
The drawback is that it does move a round a lot, and it began to annoy me by the time I felt I could remove it for the summer.
Worth the annoyance for the benefit in the winter, but not something I'd leave on year round.
The control is simple, so I can now operate it without having to look at it.

My car seat was wonderful - or so I thought - lovely to be quickly warm on cold winter mountains here in the French Alpes. And it helped the bad back.
BUT - we recently noticed a smell of burning in our new car and on taking it to the garage were told by the service manager that these seats can be dangerous - he had heard of more than one fire caused by one and we should throw it away.
I shall contact the seller/manaufacturer, but would like to be reassured about the safety testing of these seat pads.

This is easy to fit however it does tend to move around a bit as raised by other reviewers. I bought it as a Christmas present for my wife and she finds it brilliant in her MGF, She mainly does short journeys and finds it heats up very quickly.
I found that after fitting, it caused the 10A fuse to blow. After replacing the fuse we have had no further problems. I would recommend this item.
