This book is a revised version of the "bible" of QFD written by its creators, Drs. Mizuno and Akao. It explains the various founding principles of QFD, going back to 1966, as well as the trials and errors that have led to its current form. There are case studies from shipbuilding, agricultural and offroad implements, automotive, and other industries. A must-read for serious QFD professionals.
