At last a new collection of Chris Maslanka's puzzles. High time too! My copy of his Pyrgic Puzzler is getting pretty dog-eared as is my Guardian Book of Puzzles. This really is superb stuff. The puzzles are funny and unexpected. A few are easy, but most challenge you to think more deeply. One of the best features is that when it comes to the solutions, you're led firmly by the hand and never made to feel silly. Guardian readers have long been aware how brilliant these puzzles are but others might not be so in the know. Now everyone can enjoy them. Enjoy!
