I was just going to get a beanbag but then saw the discount for this - I liked the idea of the sound system and thought the chair would give more support.
However, since I'm 6ft there are two edges at the top and bottom of the seat which could have been improved with extra padding. There's also no head support so it's like sitting in one of those posture chairs.
As for the sound system - it doesn't handle big changes in sound from the games. You can play with the controls and it sounds great during things like dialogue in cut scenes ... but when there's suddenly something like an explosion the speakers struggle.
I was really hoping that having the sound coming from the seat would help with playing Modern Warfare to see if I could work out which direction other players were approaching from. I noticed no improvement over sound coming from a TV in front of you. Guess I'll have to try some surround sound speakers in the future.
I now play without using the sound option and would recommend a blanket or duvet over the chair to improve the comfort. For the support it offers though it's much better than perching on the edge of my sofa.

The sub ratels and is no bass just a rumble that is coverd buy the material flaping around hiting the frame and the sub its self Dont buy just becuase its 1500wats watts mean nothing in a gaming chairs all you need is good quality which this is not one bit chair has very little pading and u get a numb bum after about 10 minutes Bad Product :(

I bought this chair about 6months ago and i still use it now. The sound quality is brilliant, especially the sub in the back, You wouldn't expect so much from such a small sub :). Its comfortable to sit on, im 6ft4 and i was fine with it so it shows that its not just for little people or kids. It looks good...yeah :). But i found with this that its not very durable. One of the hinges that holds the top to the bottom came off after about 3months and also the speakers at the top go a bit dodgey every now and then, but if you prop it up in the right position they work. I now just use it to play music through and not sit on, but i still really like it :). Oh yeah and this is my second one as the first one they sent me didnt work properly, the sub had blown...But they sent me another one straight away. Overall id say its a great item and worth buying coz you can't go wrong for how cheap it is :)
