There was a lot I really like about Puzzler World 2011!
The concept and format are well thought out and very easy to use. Plus, there is the ability to 'teach' the game your handwriting, very useful!
I must admit, I have had hours of fun playing this - one of my favourites being the Link-a-pix (never liked those things before) - and it is quite addictive.
One of the issues I have with it is that it is not really very challenging. The Sudoku give too many numbers (and they don't really get harder even in Master level), the Fitwords take less than 2 mins to complete and the Wordsearch rarely takes more than 3 mins.
The other issue is that the compilers have been a bit 'lazy' and have used the same clues and answers in a lot of the crosswords, repeated some of the 'split words', and used very similar maths puzzles (common answer being 41). This is the main reason I have given it 3/5.
Basically, I found this game fun when you don't want to work too hard - like on a car journey (passenger, of course!)or on holiday. Probably great for familys as older kids would be able to do them. But, got a bit bored with how simple so many of the puzzles were and would have liked a bit more of a challenge, especially at Master Level.
